Would you paint your own daughter while your daughter is nude? Li Zhuang Ping is believed to be the first painter to paint their own daughter in a buff. Li Zhuangping is a Sichuan artist and his daughter’s name is Li Qin. While this created a lot of controversies among Chinese community in China, but this also gain praised from a lot of artist and media.
When artist Li Zhuang Ping have idea to create "Oriental Goddess Mountain Spirit Series", he get this idea to use her own daughter as a model because of Li Qin face that is match for that theme. Before asking her daughter to posting as his mode, Li Zhuang Ping do ask for permission from his wife. Yes, his wife agree and said that: she is pretty envy with her own daughter as she got a chance to captured her youth beauty in a such artistic way, which an opportunity she sadly did not have when she was young and beautiful before. Li Zhuang Ping and Li Qin stated that what they do is purely for art, so whatever people think about them is not important. While I do some research in internet i found out many comment about this controversy, some is bad while some is good. My opinion is, it could be bad or good depend on how we think of it. I totally disagree for their action, but I fully support them to have a such high spirit in art.

Try to imagine what if China famous director Ang Lee casting his own daughter as Wong Chia Chi in the film Lust for the sake of art.
beauty is the subject of sight, without entertaining evil thoughts one should enjoy and appreciate nature's feminine beauty. So, I find nothing wrong in this. Thanks for sharing
whilst it would be difficult to digest it in the indian or the asian context, but its art excluded from other things its not voyeurism for sure , its a quest for creating a piece of art ..

Very beautiful girl. If I was a great artist and she was my daughter I would want to paint her also. He could look very far and not find a more beautiful subject.
this is really great art and she is an exceptionally beautiful young woman, i do not blame hin one little bit for wanting to paint her nude; he must be extremly proud of his beautiful daughter.
